The Fund has provided funds to employ five Funding Development Officers who are based within the Scottish Out of School Care Network (SOSCN). SOSCN is a national organisation promoting the development of high quality out of school care in Scotland. The Funding Development Officers can provide training, advice and support to childcare partnerships, local networks and out of school care services in the development of projects seeking funding from the New Opportunities for Quality Childcare programme.
