Better Off: Evaluation update (PDF, 294kB) 9/5/2006 It is important to note that so far, the evaluators have focused on the perspectives of projects, as well as DAATs and wider stakeholders, rather than on successful, long-term changes in the lives of people using services. Even in the first year, though, projects were considering how they might go about measuring success and had identified support and guidance in this area as one of their main needs.
