Yn ystod 2006/07 fe wnaethom ganolbwyntio ar lansio a chyflwyno ein rhaglenni grantiau newydd yn adlewyrchu'r themâu a'r canlyniadau a osodwyd gan y Llywodraeth a chanlyniadau ein hymgynghoriad gyda budd-ddeiliaid. Ymhlith y rhaglenni a lansiwyd gennym oedd Advice Plus a BASIS yn Lloegr, Investing in Communities yn yr Alban, Teuluoedd Iach yng Nghymru a Live and Learn yng Ngogledd Iwerddon. Fel y nodwyd gennym yn adroddiad blynyddol y llynedd, mae gennym ymdriniaeth gymysg tuag at ariannu mae rhai o'n rhaglenni yn strategol a rhai yn cael eu harwain gan alw ond y ffactor cyffredin yw canolbwynt ar angen a chanlyniadau. BIG and many other funders use an outcomes based approach to their funding. This means that we are more interested in the difference a project will make rather than the choice of activities undertaken.

Like many other funders we provide grants for fixed term periods, and our priorities might change. If you are awarded funding there is no guarantee that we will be able to fund your project again. It is therefore important that you think about how you can make your project sustainable in the long term.
